Pumpkin had her first ballet recital this year. Although she had a great attitude when going to class each week she made a point of telling me she didn't want to dance anymore. We stuck it out because I think finishing what you start and fulfilling your commitments is a good character trait to develop.
Funny thing...they gave her a trophy at the end of the recital and now its all she can talk about. Maybe this isn't our last recital after all?
