One of the morning devotionals we use is, Our 24 Family Ways (Whole Heart Ministries, 2004) which is a wonderful Family Devotional Guide that focuses on Christian character and biblical values, I highly recommend it for any family looking to add meaningful devotional time into their curriculum.
Through the use of this guide and after reading about the Duggar Family, I felt inspired to create our own Family Rules. It is my goal that the children will learn our family rules in addition to their memory verses.
I have found that when we start the morning off with our bible and devotion our day not only runs smoother, but we are all a bit kinder to one another.
