Today we went to our first musical of the school year, Henry & Mudge presented by Theatre Works USA. Each school year we attend several live performances and its always a highlight. I think its great to expose children to live performances and I look forward to the day that we can take them to a Broadway show! Maybe next year?
As always, seeing the performance makes us want to read the book, which in this case is actually a series.

Fun & LOVE the new look
I bet they will love Henry and Mudge books. I had a ton in my classroom last year! Scholastic Book Club always has good deals on bundles of series and I know at one point I got a big set of them. They are perfect beginner chapter books.
I bet the show was fun!
